We would like to thank you for making our dream of a new home come true!
Last year at this time, we were engaged to be married and, thinking about the future, decided to visit some of the houses in the Parade of Homes. The first one we visited was your Crown Princeton model in Carriage Hill and loved it. We visited several other homes and came back to see your model at the end of the day because we liked it so much. Before we knew it, we were planning both a wedding and a new home and moved in on March 16th of this year.
We want to thank you both for the help, guidance and expert assistance you provided us. Working from your suggestion, Debbie, we were able to find the right lot in Carriage Trails, obtain the lot (when others really wanted it!) and obtain VA financing through Rothschild Realty. Following your lead, Jim, we decided on the correct placement for the house, felt confident that things were being done right, and tried not to call you too often, knowing that you were looking out for our best interests as the house was under construction.
There aren’t many couples that would say this after building a home, but we both agreed that we would do it again and we would do it with Center State Construction. Thank you for a job well done. We wish you the very best in your future enterprises and in this year’s Parade. You deserve the best!

It has been six months since we moved into our dream home, and now that the dust has finally settled we want to write you and say thanks. We couldn't be happier with our new home. It's everything we imagined and more.
We were particularly impressed with your quality of work and craftsmanship. Living out here at Leeward Air Ranch where housing construction is always going on, we were quick to realize we made the right choice when we chose Center State Construction to build our specialty home. The horror stories of neighbors that were unhappy with other builders because of lack of materials, unreliable subcontractors, poor quality craftsmanship untimely delays and budget overruns are familiar stories here. We had none of those problems. You offered us quality workmanship, skilled subcontractors, helpful staff, no budget overruns, built our beautiful and sound home in 95 days as promised, we couldn't be happier.
We found an excellent builder when we found you Jim, we continually recommend you as a builder to new neighbors. Thanks again Jim to you and your staff for an excellent job.

Today marks our First Anniversary in our new home. We are just delighted! Everything you said came true.
We just cannot imagine what the cost would have been in New York City for this splendid customed designed house.
What with all the change orders, and frantic calls to your office only to be calmed by your reassurance that, "all will be well" or "trust me, I know"; most certainly paid off.
Your innovative style, your imagination is without peer. Your pride and expertise is self evident to us and friends who have expressed their satisfaction.
You know of course that we would be pleased to "show off" our place, so don't hesitate to send any client who needs a visual aid in making their decision.

As we enter into a New Year, having spent four months and enjoyed a joyous Christmas holiday season in our new home, we wish to thank you for making our dream a reality.
We have had a continuous parade of friends, neighbors & relatives who were also delighted and impressed with our new home.
The experience of having a new home constructed in Florida, while living in Detroit, Michigan, was made easier by the combined efforts of everyone on the Center State Construction staff.
Betty & I cannot thank you enough for understanding and meeting our personal needs while creating our dream house. Having personally built several houses in Michigan, I can appreciate the craftsmanship and attention to detail shown in Center State Construction homes.

Dear Josh,
This letter is long past due and for that I apologize. We want everyone at Center State to know what a pleasant experience the construction of our home has been from the first time we went to the model, Diana took up a big piece of time to show us around, answer our questions and just talk to us. Unfortunately, Dan decided on another builder. As you already know, that did not work out.
When we came to you, you personally sat down with us and did your best to answer all of our questions. The very next day, (we hadn't signed anything or made any kind of deposit or commitment) your crew was at the building site testing the soil. Later in the week you called us with the cost of lot prep and a total dollar amount. We went in the next week and signed a contract. By pushing our permits through at record speed you saved us a sizeable amount of impact fees.
Every person associated with Center State was efficient, polite and did their job well. Every sub we had contact with was on time for appointments, did their job well and was polite and courteous. The way they each cleaned up the job site every day was impressive.
Carol especially appreciated the time Carolyn spent with her choosing colors, tile, carpet, etc. She knew her business but listened to Carol's suggestions. She felt confident (Carol) when she was finished.
Every time we visited the office and/or called we were treated with courtesy and felt our calls were given importance.
Since occupying our home (ahead of schedule, we may add!) any problems have been resolved promptly.
We will be happy to answer questions from anyone and even allow our home to be shown. We appreciate your company and love our new home!
